One auction bidder just won themselves a huge haul of classic PlayStation games.
Seller ‘Wmmft148’ listed a collection of 3,290 PlayStation games on Yahoo! Auctions and netted 3,000,0000 yen (US$24,417) for the whole lot. According to the seller, they tested about 1,200 of the games and found them all to be playable.
The collection takes up two tatami mats (roughly 4ft x 2ft) and fills 98 boxes. Wmmft148 uploaded a 13-minute video quickly previewing many of the titles, from side-scroller beat ’em ups to mahjong.
At least 7,978 PSOne games were released in the U.S. during the console’s run.
